Section 01

Payment Schedule & Ownership

StokdUp offers four account tiers, each paid in four equal installments:

  • Essential Account: $10k total — 4 payments of $2,500
  • Fortified Account: $15k total — 4 payments of $3,750
  • Secure Account: $20k total — 4 payments of $5,000
  • Guardian Account: $30k total — 4 payments of $7,500

Until all four payments have been received in full, StokdUp retains full ownership of the account and all its contents. No partial ownership interest transfers to the customer during the payment period.

Payment schedule: Varies by tier (see above). Ownership remains with StokdUp until the final payment clears. Customers may pay off their account early at any time without penalty.

Section 02

Cooling-Off Period

Customers may cancel and receive a full refund of their first payment within 90 days of the date that first payment was processed.

  • The 90-day window applies to the first payment only.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to StokdUp before the 90-day window closes.
  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days of a valid cancellation request.
  • After the 90-day window closes, the first payment is non-refundable.
Section 03

Missed or Stopped Payments

All four payments are required to complete ownership transfer. If any payment is missed, declined, stopped, or otherwise not received:

No refunds are issued. StokdUp retains all account contents and no ownership interest passes to the customer. This applies regardless of how many payments have been made.

Customers are encouraged to contact StokdUp before a payment is due if they anticipate difficulty. Payment arrangements are at StokdUp's sole discretion.

Section 04

Ownership Transfer After Full Payment

Upon receipt of the final payment, the following transfers to the customer:

  • Full ownership of all account contents.
  • Storage unit lease — the lease for the climate-controlled storage unit is transferred into the customer's name. From this point forward, the customer is responsible for paying the monthly storage unit fee directly to the storage facility.

StokdUp will coordinate the lease transfer with the storage facility within a reasonable timeframe following final payment. The customer may then continue the optional StokdUp service agreement or manage the account independently.

Section 05

Annual Service Agreement ($399/yr)

After the account is fully paid off, customers may choose to maintain a StokdUp service agreement at $399 per year. This service agreement is entirely optional.

Active membership includes:

  • Access to the StokdUp member community.
  • Member upgrades — new gear and products as they are released.
  • Yearly bonus items added to your vault.

Membership may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation:

  • The customer retains full ownership of all vault contents.
  • The storage unit lease remains in the customer's name — they continue paying storage directly.
  • Access to the community, member upgrades, and bonus items ends.

Cancelling membership does not affect ownership. Your vault and its contents remain yours regardless of membership status.

Section 06

Vault Access

Customer access to vault contents is not permitted until all four payments have been completed and ownership has transferred.

During the payment period:

  • All vault access, maintenance, and inspection is managed exclusively by StokdUp staff.
  • Customers may not request access to, or removal of, any vault contents.
  • StokdUp will maintain vault contents in good condition throughout the payment period.
Section 07

Vault Relocations

Each customer is entitled to two lifetime vault relocations at no charge.

A relocation means StokdUp decommissions the existing vault and sets up a fresh vault at the new location specified by the customer.

Seal integrity is required for relocation approval. Prior to any relocation, StokdUp staff will conduct a full seal integrity inspection of all vault contents. Any item with a broken seal is automatically disqualified from relocation — no exceptions.

Broken seals disqualify the vault from relocation. Customers are responsible for ensuring vault contents are not tampered with or disturbed between inspections.

  • Relocation requests must be submitted in writing to StokdUp.
  • Scheduling is subject to StokdUp staff availability.
  • Additional relocations beyond the two included may be available at StokdUp's discretion and will incur a fee.
Section 08

Privacy

StokdUp is committed to maintaining strict customer privacy. Specifically:

  • Vault locations are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
  • Customer identities are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
  • StokdUp staff with access to vault locations are bound by confidentiality obligations.

StokdUp will not sell, rent, or share customer information with outside parties for marketing purposes. Customer data is used solely for the purpose of managing the vault program.

Section 09

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between StokdUp and the customer with respect to the vault program. StokdUp reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
